We’ve significantly enhanced our Shopify integration, which lets you peek into your customers’ carts in real-time, empowering you to provide personalized support like never before!

• You can now view items, quantities, and prices in the customer’s cart.
• Quickly verify quantities and prices, reducing errors and speeding up the checkout process.
• Watch cart totals update live, ensuring you always quote the correct price.

UI/UX Improvements

• Product images are easier to view now.
• We’ve added message status for failed messages to prevent confusion in message order.
• Quickly jump to Billings, Profile, and Settings right from your avatar menu.
