✅ Sometimes, after closing a conversation, it would reopen by itself but the message preview appeared empty. This made it unclear what the customer said. Now you’ll see the full message history & preview as expected when a conversation reopens.
✅ The timestamp tooltip on sent messages used to get cut off, making it hard to check when a message was sent unless you scrolled around. Now you can view message times quickly.
✅ Some users weren’t able to access the order editing page which blocked them from making changes for customers. This has been resolved. You can now open and edit orders as needed.
✅ Empty custom fields were showing up in the wrong sections. We’ve fixed the layout, now only the right data shows in the right place.
