We’ve successfully optimized the widget’s loading speed from 5 seconds down to just 3 seconds (ideal loading time for chat widgets).

Bug Fixes for Notifications and Message Display

Greeting message sound

You can now enable or disable the audio greeting in Live Chat Channels, controlling whether users hear a sound when they initiate a chat.

Message order in live chat

The issue where messages appeared in the wrong order, especially when using Coze bot, has been resolved.

Messages will now display correctly, allowing for smoother conversation flow.
