Release 2.3.5: AI Employee Follows Your Workflow With Precision

Previously, your AI Employee only followed its training files or Knowledge Base. It answered questions, but always in the same tone and style.

Now, when you visit the Personality section, you’ll find a new AI Instructions panel. Here, you can:

Save time by picking from industry templates for sectors like:

AI employees now understand required fields and collect complete information before moving forward.

For bookings, it understands dates and asks for missing information. This ensures your workflows stay clean and professional.

🔒 Permission Improvements

  • Contact profiles in the inbox sidebar are now hidden if you lack access rights. This protects customer privacy.
  • Billing is restricted to authorized roles only. If you do not have billing rights, you cannot make payments.
  • Add-on management is restricted to authorized roles only. You cannot install or edit settings without permission.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Previously when inviting a new member by email the system sometimes showed duplicate agent information. This issue is now fixed so the agent list displays clearly without duplicates.
  • Messages now follow correct Vietnamese grammar. This removes spelling mistakes and keeps chats professional.
  • The date picker for customer birthdays now works as expected. You can update birthdays without typing them manually.
  • Customer information fields now show or hide right away when you make changes. You no longer need to reload the page.
  • Your filters in the customer section remain when you move between profiles so you can keep your context.
  • When signing up, the system shows progress while loading. This prevents extra clicks and keeps the process smooth.
  • Customers can open files you send on Zalo without issues, so sharing documents feels simple.
  • Messages through Coze are delivered fully and on time, so conversations run without breaks.
