Step 1: Open Personality Section
Go to the Personality section of your AI employee.
Step 2: Enter Instructions or Choose Template
Enter your own instructions to guide how the AI employee should reply and follow up with customers. Or you can choose from predefined templates designed for industries such as healthcare, finance, hospitality, real estate, education, or ecommerce.
You can also select templates by agent style to match the way your team communicates.
Step 3: Save and Apply
Click Save to apply. The AI employee will immediately adjust its tone and behavior based on your instructions.
You can update or edit the instructions anytime to refine the AI employee’s communication style and follow-up behavior.
