As you begin using Chative.IO, you'll interact with three main interfaces:

  • Agent: This role provides access to basic customer support features. Chative.IO offers four roles, each with different permissions for accessing features and functionalities.
  • Channel: Organize conversations by projects, topics, or teams. No limit on the number of channels within your organization.
  • Customer: Categorize customers into three types to manage interactions efficiently.
