Customer Management in Chative
Chative helps you manage all customers who have interacted with your business across messaging channels like Facebook, Zalo, Instagram, and more—all in one place. This is the foundation for personalized engagement and increased sales efficiency.
CRM Overview
In the Customers section, you can view a complete list of customers along with relevant details such as last active time, messaging channel, and tags. To access the customer list, simply click on the Customers tab from the sidebar. Here, you’ll also see quick filters for customer types such as Guest, Lead, Customer, and Visitor, helping you segment and manage your contacts more efficiently.
Here, you can:
- Search for customers by name, email, or phone number.
- Sort customers by messaging channel or last interaction time.
- Filter customers by tags or predefined profile fields (e.g., location, job title, interests).
- Track visitors on your website to understand where they come from and how they interact before converting into leads or customers.
Retrieve All Customer Data via API
If you need to export or sync customer data with external systems, Chative provides an API to retrieve your entire customer list.
How to do it:
- Visit Chative's official API documentation.
- Use the GET /contacts endpoint to retrieve all customer records, including name, email, phone number, tags, and messaging channel.
- You can use query parameters to filter or paginate the data as needed.
Make sure you have a valid API Key and include it in the Authorization header of your request.
Chative CRM also integrates with top CRM platforms like Salesforce, ZohoCRM, and HubSpot, ensuring seamless data synchronization and enhanced customer relationship management.
