View your subscription plan
To check the details of your subscription plan, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Scroll down to Billing.
Step 3: Select Subscription.
Here, you'll see all the details related to your subscription, including:
- Plan Comparison: Compare different plans.
- Current Plan: View the number of team members and your next billing date.
- Upgrade Costs: See the monthly cost if you choose to upgrade.
- FAQs: Common questions related to billing.
Accepted payment methods
You can add the following credit/debit cards to your account:
For users in Vietnam:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
For users in other countries:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover & Diners
Note:
If your card isn't working as expected, please contact your bank or card issuer for assistance. If updating your payment method fails or a payment doesn’t go through, you'll need to update your payment information in your Chative account.

1. What should I do if my payment fails?
You'll need to update your payment information. We’ll try to process the payment again and notify you via email about the status. You can update your payment method by logging into your Chative.IO account, where a payment update prompt will appear. Simply re-enter your card details and click Update. If successful, you'll receive a confirmation and can continue using all your subscribed features.
2. Why did my payment method fail?
There could be several reasons for a failed payment, including:

3. What if my payment method isn't supported?

4. Issue with your card provider?
If you've entered your card details correctly but the payment still doesn't go through, contact your card provider. They can help you understand why your card isn’t working.
5. Regional restrictions?
Sometimes, the updated payment method may not be supported in your region/country. You may need to use a different payment method.
6. Can I continue using my account if my payment fails?
If an automatic payment fails, we’ll try to reach out to you for an update. During this time, you won’t lose access to your Chative.IO account. However, if a payment fails for a full billing cycle, your Chative.IO account will be automatically suspended.
