How to leverage reports for customer analytics
Customers Analytics in Chative.IO provides valuable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and satisfaction. By analyzing customer data, you can gain a deeper understanding of your customer base and make informed decisions to enhance the overall customer experience.
To see Customer Analytics, please follow these steps below:
Step 1: In the left sidebar, click on Reports

Step 2: Click on the drop-down menu labeled Traffic

Step 3: Choose Contact

At this table, you can view all the analytics of all customers, including leads, customers, and guests.
Lead information is stored in their profile. This data can be collected in the live chat at the beginning of the conversation or being updated manually by agents during the conversation.
Main charts
Each line chart represents the trend of contacts over time, with the y-axis representing the number of contacts and the x-axis representing the timeframe.
Easily filter the time range for reports by selecting options like 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days from the top right corner.
This allows you to track the growth and distribution of each contact type over a specific period.
- Country: Shows the country of origin or location of the customers, helping businesses understand geographical trends and preferences.
- Language: Indicates the preferred language of customers, allowing businesses to offer multilingual support and communication tailored to their needs.
- Channel: Represents the specific communication channel used by customers, enabling businesses to allocate resources effectively and optimize customer engagement strategies.
