Actions you can perform while editing
- Add New Products: Search for products from your store’s list or add custom products.
You can’t re-select existing product variants. Instead, adjust the quantity of the current variant.
- Remove Products: You can remove products from the order, except those already fulfilled. Removed products will be automatically restocked. If you don’t want them restocked, uncheck "Restock items."
- Adjust Quantities: Reduce quantities without updating stock by unchecking "Restock items." Quantities of fulfilled items cannot be changed.
- Update Discounts: Modify or remove discounts on existing products and apply discounts to new products.
- Edit Shipping Address: Editing the order does not recalculate shipping methods or costs. If the order size or weight changes, you might need to adjust shipping fees.
Orders with domestic delivery methods cannot be edited

- If the order amount decreases: Refund the customer. The Payment section will show the "Amount to refund."
Sending a notification does not complete the refund process. To process a refund, click Refund
