At Chative, we want to ensure your experience is smooth, transparent, and empowering. This guide walks you through how to manage your subscription, update your payment method, and make the most of special offers designed just for you.
Check Your Current Subscription Plan
Want to know what plan you’re on, when your next payment is due, or explore an upgrade? It’s easy:
- Go to Settings in your Chative account.
- Select Billing.
- Click on Subscription.
Here you’ll find:
- A comparison of available plans to help you choose the right fit.
- Details about your current plan: active users, renewal date, etc.
- Monthly upgrade costs if you’d like more features.
- A helpful FAQ section addressing common billing questions.
Apply A Discount Code – Enjoy Your Special Offer
Got a discount code? Great! Here’s how to apply it and start saving:
- In the top-right corner, click the Coupon button to reveal the input field.
- Enter your code (e.g.,
SAVE10
,FREEMONTH
). - Press Enter, and your discount will be applied automatically to your next invoice.
Please note:
- Only one coupon can be used per billing cycle.
- The “Coupon” button will only appear if your account is eligible (i.e., you haven’t used a code on the current plan or are in a renewal phase).
- If the button doesn’t appear, your account may have already used a coupon or your plan may not currently support one. Feel free to reach out to our team for assistance.

If you experience any issues during payment, try updating your card in your account or contact your card issuer directly for quick assistance.
FAQs
- My payment failed. What should I do? Simply update your card details. Chative will automatically retry the transaction and notify you by email.
- Why was my payment method declined? Your card may be expired, have incorrect details, or insufficient funds. Please check and ensure everything is up to date.
- My card type isn’t accepted. What now? Check the list of supported cards on the Subscription page. If yours isn’t listed, contact us — we’re happy to help.
- I entered my card correctly, but the payment still failed. Your bank may have blocked the transaction. Contact them to resolve the issue quickly.
- Are there regional payment restrictions? Yes, some payment methods may not be available in all countries. Try another card or method if needed.
- Will my account be suspended if payment fails? Not immediately. You’ll still have access for a short grace period. However, if payment isn’t completed after one full billing cycle, your account will be temporarily suspended to protect your access and data.
