Set up channels

Create New Channel

Follow the steps below:

Step 1: From your left sidebar, click on Channels

Step 2: Click the New Channel button at the end of the left panel

Step 3: Give the channel a name.

Step 4: Choose one of the platforms you want to connect:

  • Website live chat
  • Facebook Messenger
  • Instagram Business
  • WhatsApp
  • Zalo OA
  • Shopify store
  • WordPress
  • Webflow
  • Squarespace
  • WIX
  • Webnode
  • Weebly

Step 5: Click the Create button to finish.

Give the channel a name

Facebook chat widget is not compatible with Chative.IO live chat and we do not recommend enabling both at once.

  • How many Facebook Pages I can connect?

    Currently, there is no limit on the number of channels you can create and connect, whether they are Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, WhatsApp numbers, websites, stores, Zalo OA, etc.
