Enable Live Chat on Your Website

All you need to do is copy the Chative.IO live chat code and paste it into your website's source code.

For more detail on how to process these steps, please follow the guideline below:

Step 1: In your Chative.IO system, copy the live chat code. Navigate to Channels > Select the channel > Installation.

Step 2: Provide your Website URL in the Website section.

Step 3: Click Save to apply the changes.

Step 5: Open your website's source code and paste the copied code right below the <body> tag.
