Send product cards in chat using Chative
You can directly share your store's products in the Chative Inbox. Then, when you select a product and hit send, you'll see a product card with the following information:
The product card shows essential information like:
- Product image
- Product name
- Price
To send a product card:
Step 1: Navigate to the Inbox section and choose the conversation where you want to share the product.
Step 2: Click on the Shopify icon
Step 3: Select the product you wish to share or search by name to find specific products.
How the product card appears
You can send multiple product cards directly from the chat box. The View product
button directs customers to the product page in Shopify, where they can add it to their cart.
Product cards are available exclusively in live chat. For other Social Messaging channels, customers will receive a link to visit the product on your website.
