Effective message usage management ensures smooth customer interactions without exceeding your subscription limits. Below are guidelines to help you monitor, optimize, and avoid additional costs when using AI Agents.
Monitoring training data limits
You can track the training data limits for each data type to understand how many files, products, and URLs have been used for training your AI Agents.
- Navigate to Billing and Usage in your Chative.IO account.
- Monitor AI Agent usage statistics, including:
- Messages
- Online articles (including public URLs and company data)
- Files
- Product limits
Ensure that training content is well-structured and easy to understand to maximize system learning efficiency.
Training volume is calculated based on the number of files, products, and URLs you provide.
Purchasing additional message blocks
When your message limit is nearing capacity, Chative.IO offers two ways to purchase additional messages: Manual and Automatic.

Manual method
This method allows you to purchase additional messages as needed.
- Log in to your Chative.IO account.
- Go to the Add-ons section and open AI Agents.
- Select
Billing and Usage
. - Choose the number of message blocks you want to purchase.
- Click
Save
to save your configuration.
- Additional messages will be activated immediately upon successful payment.
- Unused additional messages cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle.
Automatic method
This method ensures that your service remains uninterrupted when your message limit is reached. The system will automatically purchase additional messages as needed.
- Log in to your Chative.IO account.
- Go to the Add-ons section and open AI Agents.
- Select "Billing and Usage."
- Enable the "Auto-Purchase Usage" feature.
- Customize the conditions for auto-purchasing:
- Set a threshold for remaining messages that will trigger the purchase.
- Specify the number of blocks to purchase per transaction (e.g., 1 block, 2 blocks, etc.).
- Set a monthly limit on the maximum number of blocks to purchase.

Save
to finalize the setup.
- The system will send email notifications when the auto-purchase feature is activated.
- You can adjust or disable this feature anytime in the Billing and Usage section.
