Effortlessly Engage and Convert Leads With Live Chat On Your Landing Page

In this mode, the entire conversation window transforms into a full-page view, making it an ideal choice for the following scenarios:

  • Creating a dedicated chat page that serves as a campaign landing spot.
  • Directing attention exclusively to a single product.
  • Enhancing the visual appeal of your portfolio website

Landing chat

Setting up Landing Chat involves configuring settings similar to those in the live chat widget mode. However, in the Notification section, only the Blink browser tab option is available.

Here's a step-by-step guide to setting up Landing Chat:

Step 1: Navigate to the Channel from your side bar and create a new Website Live Chat channel.

Step 2: Set up the appearance, language, and notification.

Step 3: Go to the Landing Chat settings section.

Step 4: Customize the appearance and page content:

  • In the Appearance section, you can style your live chat content with:
    • Chat background: Choose the color for the chat background.
    • Display header: Show header texts in your live chat. If disabled, the landing chat will match the example above.
  • Customize your Page Content with:
    • Page Theme: You can choose between two types of theme:
      • Gradian: Set your page background color.
      • Image: Use an image as the background, with an option to add a solid color layer in the Background mask.
    • Page logo: Add your web page logo (like the 'Acme' logo in the example).
    • Page description: Provide a description for your landing chat.
    • Landing page URL: Copy the link of the customized landing chat that you've just created

Step 5: Click the Save button to apply the changes.

💡 The Background mask option will only appear when you choose to add an Image in the Theme of page content.
